Hey there,
We just installed Social King for a new Wine Shop.
We noticed that people are more inclined to participate in the Community Discussions when we create the first pieces of content in-house.
Any recommendations for a framework for creating these initial pieces of Content?
We want it it to feel like shoppers are walking into a packed party.

Hey Flavio,
Cynthia here from Social King.
I think it's a great point you're raising.
So many shops struggle with their initial pieces of content, and it's worth taking the time to really think it through.
Some questions for Meditation & Visualization:
a) Whose your ideal customer?
b) What kind of questions do they ask most frequently?
c) If you were throwing a party, and you didn't want the party to feel empty, what kind of characters would you place in the party initially to make it feel hopping?
d) What would those characters be talking about?
At the end of the day, human psychology is human psychology - whether the interactions are online or offline.
We recommend meditating on the above questions while sitting somewhere peaceful - like a park - with a blank sheet of paper, a pen, and the endless possibilities of story-telling
